1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Diznote ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Diznote provides high-performance screen recording, video management, and hosting services. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers with various feature sets and storage limits.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Diznote cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

• You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
• You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.

4. Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for all content recorded, uploaded, or shared through the Service. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• You may not use the Service to host or transmit pornographic, violent, or hateful content.
• You may not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Diznote uses Stripe for secure payment processing. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms displayed at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions are done monthly, weekly or on a one time basis ( lifetime plan).
• Payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Your data, including recordings and metadata, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Videos are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure, and sensitive data is handled via Firebase Auth and encrypted where necessary.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Diznote, its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this site.
