1. Overview
At Diznote, we strive to build high-quality software that enhances your creative workflow. We offer a free tier that allows you to experience the core features of our Service before committing to a paid subscription.
2. Subscription Refunds
Our paid plans are done monthly, weekly or on a one time basis ( lifetime plan) and are non-refundable, except in the following limited circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If you experience a persistent technical issue that prevents you from using the paid features of the Service, and our team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
- Incorrect Billing: If there has been a demonstrably incorrect billing error or unintentional duplicate charge.
- 2-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (New Customers Only): If you are a new customer and are not satisfied with your initial purchase within the first 2 days, you may request a full refund, provided your account has not recorded more than 5 videos.
3. Cancellation vs. Refund
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately, at which point your account will be reverted to the free plan and you will lose access to all premium features.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account details, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. We review each request individually and aim to respond within 3 business days.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and will be credited to the original payment method used. Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
